Great location, close to the Colosseum. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful apartment with a view of the Colosseum. Convenient amenities like a kitchen and laundry. Good service from property manager. No negative aspects.

The venue was so close to where I needed to be, terrific service, room was modern. Location was stunning and excellent, to all the major sites and minute walk from a subway station. I stayed 3 nights and didn't feel like leaving...

Service was great too. Could use central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television, admired views of city. Had a handy kitchenette.

The location of the venue was perfect for my needs. The service was excellent, and the room had a modern design. I really liked the host, and the room amenities - including the electric kettle, air conditioning, and personal safe - were convenient to use.

Great value for money, the room was beautiful and had a stunning view of the Colosseum from the main bedroom. The location was fantastic, walking distance from the Colosseum and close to the subway. The staff were friendly, helpful and arranged airport transfers for us.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

We couldn't have asked for a better location - just a short walk to all the major sites near the Colosseum. The metro line is also conveniently close, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with stunning views of the Colosseum from one of the bedrooms. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the access to the rooftop terrace.

Like any old building, there were some minor cleanliness issues in the apartment.

Views of the Coliseum, just a stone's throw away, were simply breathtaking! It felt like having a private box seat to one of the greatest shows on earth. It was like waking up with history at your doorstep.

Security concerns.

Communal terrace was perfect for sipping cocktails with a view. Loved the fancy TV and iPod dock, so I could pretend to be tech-savvy. Close to a snazzy airport, in case I felt like jetting off again.

Just wish they had provided a personal helicopter for my airport transfers.

I had an incredible stay at this venue, it's conveniently located near the metro, I really loved the stunning views of the sunrise and sunset.

The location of Eve Penthouse Colosseo was absolutely fabulous! We were just a 5, minute walk away from the Colosseo line B underground station. the view of the Colosseo from both the apartment and the roof terrace was spectacular. the surrounding area was quiet, but we had plenty of options for restaurants within the block, and there was also an express supermarket just a 4, minute walk away. the apartment itself was well appointed, with a well, equipped kitchen and laundry facilities including a washing machine. Being on the top floor with a lift added to the convenience, and we felt very secure. The friendly property manager provided us with great service throughout our stay. Cons: Not obvious to find.

Hard to think of anything.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, being very central and close to the metro line. It was also in a busy part of the city but surprisingly quiet. the view from the bedroom and balcony was truly breathtaking. having a private rooftop terrace was a major plus for enjoying the sunny weather and taking in the beautiful scenery.

The lack of outdoor furniture on the roof terrace, which would have made it even more enjoyable. Another negative aspect was the confusion regarding the late check-out option.
